• Minimum 6-years experience driving development of apps of at least medium complexity apps on iOS and Android.
• Should be very familiar with App Store and Google Play processes.
• Should have in-depth conceptual knowledge of Swift/ObjectiveC/Xcode and Java/Andriod Studio
• Should have in-depth knowledge of simulators/emulators
• Should have in-depth knowledge of rolling out Continuous Integration on app builds
• Should be familiar with the ancillary app development services (notification providers, crash/install analytics)
• Should be familiar with storyboarding and mockups of app flow.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of how to integrate various data sources/services, not limited to social APIs.

What we are looking for: Candidates who can fly on their own within the domain. Hands-on experience working with multiple services/stakeholders is a big plus compared to just very good programmers.

Do not shortlist:

1. Candidates without any experience handling lifecycle of apps from conceptualization to deployment on app stores.

2. Candidates who know only one of the platforms.

- Juniors

• Minimum 2-years experience driving development of apps of at least medium complexity apps on iOS and/or Android.
• Should know at least one of the following really well: 1) Any crossplatform framework 2) Swift/ObjectiveC 3) Java for Andriod apps
